How we work — from first call to live leads

CANDAI is not a widget you install and hope for the best. We design a qualification path that matches how you sell, connect it to a CRM your team will actually use, and teach the assistant from your real website so answers stay grounded in your business — not generic AI filler.

Overview

Most companies already have a website. What they lack is a reliable way to stop interested visitors leaving without a structured enquiry. CANDAI sits on that website as a branded assistant: it asks the right questions, filters out people who cannot buy, captures consent, and delivers a scored lead into a private CRM space for your sales team.

Alongside the bot we operate the CRM layer, and as a technology company we can also build or improve websites, internal tools and integrations when the sales system needs them.

1. Discovery — how you sell today

Before any code is shown to the public, we map the real journey:

That conversation shapes the bot script and scoring. A windows company does not use the same questions as a service firm — and we do not pretend otherwise.

2. Qualification design

The bot is a structured canvasser, not an open-ended chat that wanders off topic. Typical steps include:

Offers can appear as text, image or short video — one live offer at a time if you prefer a clean focus. Non-qualified paths (for example not a decision maker) end politely without clogging the sales queue.

3. Bot and CRM configuration

Your company is set up as its own space on the platform:

Pipeline statuses support day-to-day sales work: new enquiry, call, booked, ordered, fitted. Notes, follow-ups and photos sit on the lead so the next person to call has context.

4. Full website learning (before customers ask)

The corner assistant is not left empty. We run a deep learn against your public website so it can answer from your content on topics such as:

If the site does not state something clearly, the assistant says it does not have that detail and points the visitor to the callback — it should not invent guarantees or coverage. Complaints can be logged and prioritised for urgent call-back.

5. Go live on your website

A lightweight embed loads the bot on the pages you agree (often the homepage first). Behaviour is configurable — for example delay before open, whether the flow must complete, and how the help assistant appears after an enquiry.

Completed enquiries create CRM records, trigger email notification, and show score bands so your team calls HOT work first.

6. Lead scoring in practice

Scoring is a prioritisation tool, not a promise of a sale. Signals typically include decision-maker status, timescale, product interest and completeness of contact details. Your team still applies judgement on the phone; the system’s job is to stop low-intent noise ranking equal with ready-to-talk enquiries.

7. Day-to-day operation

Sales users log in, work the queue, update status, add notes and book follow-ups. When a job is marked fitted (where you use that stage), outcomes can be tracked for pilot review and internal reporting. Photos from the bot sit with the lead for survey context.

8. Improve over time

Websites change. When you add products, areas or guarantee pages, we re-run site learn so the assistant stays current. Unanswered questions and complaint logs show gaps to fix in content or script. Offers can be swapped without rebuilding the whole bot.

Commercial (pilot bot)

Standard pilot positioning: no upfront bot fee; you pay an agreed percentage only when work is fitted or installed. Rates are private per firm. How you pay.

Wider CANDAI work

Some clients only need the bot and CRM. Others also need a stronger website, landing pages, or internal tools. Because CANDAI builds software and digital products as well as the lead system, those pieces can be scoped as separate work when they clearly support more or better enquiries.
